Spreading warmth
On 25 November, SUPU’s first “Let’s continue the love, all the way along” activity was successfully held at the company’s factory. The activity was initiated by the SUPU Love Fund and Labor Union to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the Love Fund and Labor Union.
The SUPU Love Fund was established in 2012, 12 years ago! The main purpose of the fund is to give back to the society, to help the difficult social groups, to help the difficult families of the company, to care for the employees of the company and to dedicate the love of the SUPU people.

We invited a group of special guests to this activity – students from Ningbo Engineering College. SUPU Electronics and Ningbo Engineering College joined hands in 2012, 11 years later, not only SUPU company has undergone a drastic upward change, but also many students have experienced a change in their roles, today let us come together, talk about ideals, and let the love be passed on.
At the beginning of the activity, students visited our factory under the guidance of professional staff. Students not only saw SUPU’s advanced mold production equipment and automated production line, but also understood how to open the mold, semi-finished product production, product assembly, finished product inspection of the whole process. This visit made the students deeply feel SUPU’s excellent management mode and enterprise culture.

During the talk, Mr. Hu, the chairman of the company’s charity fund, gave us an introduction of the company and the fund, and then we discussed about entrepreneurship, employment, industry trends and other aspects.

Students in the audience shared and asked questions about their majors, career plans, entrepreneurial ideas, etc. Mr. Lu, the president of SUPU, also used his own struggles and growth story to share his experience and insights very sincerely with everyone to help them better achieve their career goals.
